Biwin Technology Limited, founded in Shenzhen, China, specialized in producing flash storage products, including USB flash drives, flash memory cards and solid state disks. As a flash storage professional, Biwin, in possession of a ISO9001: 2000 and QC080000 certified factory, manufactures reliable products with high performance.
R & D Potence
With 16 years’ industry expertise and a strong team with over 50 skilled engineers, Biwin develops 18 new flash storage products quarterly. We are capable to carry out all production process in house – industrial design, tooling, molding, PCB assembly and housing development, which is definitely time saving for you to respond the market.
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
Biwin has a state-of-the-art factory with 20 SMT assembly lines certified by ISO9001:2000. To ensure Biwin to manufacture high quality products, production is conducted according to strict quality standards.
Quality Assurance
Quality control is carried out by 80 inspectors by using equipments from the US and Japan. All raw materials are inspected to meet RoHS standards before production. Our long-term, strategic, stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensure our product quality and reliability. Four inspection stages during production and a final product testing prior to packing ensure our low defective percentage as 0.2%.

For ODM project, Biwin’s one-stop solution can bring you the fastest lead-time with qualified products. Wafer Packaging Service
In order to provide better one stop OEM/ ODM service, Biwin set up own semiconductor factory in 2009. With advanced equipment for the packaging process and 200 well-trained staffs, Biwin Semiconductor capacity reaches 6 million units per month. Biwin Semiconductor is the first company who goes into Nand flash assembly and test in South China. It is dedicated to IC packaging design assembly and test. Products include TSOP48, QFN, QFP, BGA, LGA, e-MMC, UDP and Memory Card, etc..
